Oxymoron: When an astronaut feels under the weather.

Beautiful weekend with so much to do . . . Wedding in the family, Christian Concert to sing in, New Bible Study to attend . . . but I will be spending this weekend wrapped up in a blanket, resting, taking meds, sniffling, coughing, and cursing my doc because he said no antibiotic needed!

Just a virus . . . hot tea, tylenol, cough syrup and kleenex is all I need.  Husband has provided all of those things for me as I sit and lament on my blog . . .

I'll spend the nice "restful" time reflecting on my blessings which are many and on future ways to share them with you all!

Congratulations to Ben and Angie today on their wedding!  Sorry to miss the fun!

  1. I know you hate to miss out on all the fun...When I get a cold I always dose myself with vitamin c and b-12. Maybe my imagination but it seems to help! I hope you get well soon.

  3. One more suggestion--elderberry extract. It is scientifically established to be anti-viral. We all love it for shortening the results of catching a bug. Blessing of good health to you.
